361 Degrees are delighted to announce the return of Alison Reed as our new maintenance and support assistant.
Last year Alison worked with us part-time during the school holidays assisting with various administrative tasks, and she will now be supporting the servicing and maintenance team as a full-time role.
Alison will take lead on managing our CRM database, producing quotations based on the engineers notes and preparing documents for remedial work. Additionally, she will be following up clients and suppliers to secure orders, ensuring all information sent out is accurate.
