361 Degrees would like to introduce you to Ryan Green. Ryan has over 10 years’ experience working within the mechanical services industry.
Ryan’s vast amount of experience in the industry means he has many stories to tell. He’s agreed to share his favourite project completed with our company, which we hope will give you a real insight into the work we do here at 361 Degrees.
A College Experience
“The project itself was a major strip out and installation of two new boilers and water heaters at a college in Luton. It was a great chance for me to take lead and show the ropes to our youngest addition at the time Paul, who was fresh out of college. The job took 3 engineers Anthony, Paul and myself and lasted 11 days.
The college is well known in the local area so it was great to work on a project that we were familiar with. The project was also a great learning and teaching experience. I was working with a new engineer and it was great to mentor him and demonstrate my skills and knowledge as well as catch up with old friends that I had met on the campus before.”

Ryan has had the opportunity to work with one of our most reputable and long-standing clients, who are situated locally to us in Luton. Our company has had the pleasure of working with the college for the last 15 years and this particular project was completed last year.
